Currently, I’m a Principal Product Designer at SageSure, the largest residential property insurance managing general underwriter (MGU) in the United States.

My diverse background includes product design, enterprise UX design, product management, brand design, marketing communications, and design strategy.

My strengths are visual design, sense-making, customer-centric strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership.

Day-to-day, here’s what I’m doing:

  • Working alongside my team to create solutions that drive business results and take designs from concept to production

  • Shaping product vision through varied activities such as: creating conceptual designs, leading workshops, engaging in discussions with peers and stakeholders

  • Talking with users (internal users and customers) to ensure our designs meet their needs

  • Collaborating closely with peers and partners across design, product management, engineering, operations, data science, UX research, UX content, instructional design, and marketing
